Nova Melina Webshop


Nova Melina webshop is a service provided by Nova Melina trade name (VAT FI26794419). All prices include VAT (tax) 24%. We reserve the right for price alterations. You can order by placing an order through our web shop or request for a custom order by email: novamelina (at) gmail.com.  You have to be over 18 years old or you have to have the permission of your parent or guardian to place an order.

Shipping costs to Finland:

Regular mail 3,90 € up to 250 g

Package 10 €


The shipping fees are automatically updated according to your cart contents! Orders over 100.00 € have free shipping.


Worldwide shipping + handling cost per order is 10€. If you want to add products to your order later during the same day, please contact us to see if it is possible to combine the shipping cost!

Shipping methods:


After having placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes. In case you don't get an order confirmation, please check the junk mail folder from your email! We aim to ship your order out as soon as possible, usual delivery time occurs within 1-4 days of order placement. Estimated shipping time to EU is 3-5 days. For all of our worldwide shipments, we use Finnish Post.

 

Sometimes your selected products may become out of stock before your order is processed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed we will notify you by email.


Payment methods


Credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard).


The order amount will be charged on your card once your order has been placed. The payments are securely processed by Checkout Finland Oy (FI21966066). Please follow the instructions to return to the online store after payment, so that your payment will be linked to your order.


If you pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard card, acts Nova Melina as the marketer of services and products and delivers the products to buyers. Suomen Ostolaskut Oy (FI22843033) acts as the seller in Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard payments and the deal is made between the customer and Suomen Ostolaskut Oy (Checkout services official partner) which is also the payment recipient and transfers payments to Nova Melina later. The seller is responsible for all deal related obligations.

Finnish Netbanks

Checkout transfer service transfers payments to Nova Melina. It provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works the same way as traditional web payments. Checkout is managed by Checkout Finland Oy (FI21966066).


Return policy / Warranty


Nova Melina Design products: If you notice something wrong in the product, please contact me immediately. Every cancellation/returning/changing of the product will be agreed via email and handled case-by-case. All items in this shop are pictured as clearly and figuratively as possible with both words and photographs so the buyer knows what they are engaging to when purchasing a product. More information about the products are happily given before the decision of purchase if some part is unclear, just contact: novamelina (at) gmail.com!


Fabrics: If for some reason the client is not happy with the fabric purchased you may return the fabric only if it is a ready-cut piece (as FQ). The instructions on how to order fabric are in the main page of the fabrics (Liberty Art Fabrics) and again in the description of a product. Therefore the merchant has explicitly announced how to order fabric from this shop and what 1 article means in the length of fabric. It is the obligation of the client to read the description and instructions and figure out how much fabric they need and want to purchase before confirming the final order.  Fabrics manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specifications (cut fabrics) are not refundable.


If a mistake has taken place and there is a defect in the product, we will repair or replace the product. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order by email concerning any warranty issues.
